  After having trouble with my pool heater at opening, I called Safari and spoke with Justin. He gave me good advice over the phone to troubleshoot my heater. His advice was spot on and the heater is working fine. Saved me a service call an money when most others would have charged for a simple fix.   Safari Pools (Justin & Pam) opened our pool today! They showed up on time, had great communication, and got right to work. I love that you get the same 2 people every time because they get to know you and your pool. They inspected all the equipment, installed the pool cleaner, vacuumed the pool, set the timers for the pump and pool vacuum, and made sure everything was operational. Plus they took the time to answer all my questions. The pool was already looking clear before they left. Thanks for doing such a great job! We can’t wait to enjoy it!

  Very happy with Safari Pools service. Happened upon them after disappointing service from another company. Justin and Pam opened and closed our pool the past couple years and did a plumbing repair.
